RETURNS
14 days return policy. Exchange or refund if your purchase is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept any returns that show evidence of damage, harsh chemical, make up or perfume marks on them.
Any items purchased in store at the boutique are a refund, exchange or a credit note within 14 days, this does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have an online return to make and want to drop it into the store rather than postage please check our opening hours before making the journey. You have 14 days to return any of your purchases and they will need an online receipt or a store receipt as proof of purchase.
Before Sending back your parcel please include your order confirmation for us to process your return.
Lavendergirls Boutique does not cover return shipping costs and any shipping costs previously paid will not be reimbursed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Free Shipping on orders over £40.
Delivery is standard 2-3 working days £3.99 or next day express delivery £5.99, but with demand at royal mail being so high your parcels may run over the scheduled delivery date. Please allow a few extra days for your parcel to arrive and please note any order will be processed the next working day. For international destinations please contact us for shipping quotes, this includes the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. We also offer a local drop-off service.
